Thinking about leaving but I won't be able to get another opportunity like this, and my boss is supportive, but i got thrown into a dumpster fire of a backlog created by people previously in my role who failed to do the job and got fired or quit.

Will you be more depressed out of a job or will you be more destroyed working this job? We can never truly predict how we feel once we're in a new situation; we can only make predictions.

Me personally, being unemployed kills me, while having a horrible job only makes me hateful.
