How to eat more? I'm not eating too much lately: two days ago I barely ate, yesterday I ate just a few slices of bread and today I had only two glasses of coconut water and a piece of cake...
Side note: I don't do this on purpose but not eating is an effective way to feel and care about something, I would say. At the same time it's strange and I'm concerned about my health.

Bodybuilders say they eat for discipline not for taste. You kind of just have to shove it down I guess. I think eventually you're body gets more used to it and its gets easier to eat alot.
I'm having issues getting the right protein. Its really hard to force feed yourself eggs and steak, its super tough to chew and greasy

Burritos are one of the best in terms of getting food down quickly.
