How do I cope with ending up like this? As a kid I pictured myself at 18 being a chad with a car and girlfriend with my own place instead I do this.

Go back to fucking high school NOW. If you're an absolute brainlet go into dentistry, if you have any sort of passion follow that instead. You're a fucking zoomer starting out life. I'm about to finish my master's degree in comp.sci. and i just found out i fucking despise programming. For a year I lived with someone that studied medicine and he aswell ended up dropping out... the level of stress you guys have to endure is just insane
