I've been a toe-walker for my entire life, whether it's related to autism or not is irrelevant, but I went to physical therapy for years in middle school attempting to learn to walk right with little success, my feet and muscles simply adapted to the way I walked.
Picrel is what happens to every pair of shoes I've ever owned after 3-6 months at best. I try to focus on walking the normal way but walking on my toes still feels more natural to me and I usually just unconsciously go back to it. I don't really have too many people who call me out on it anymore but I'd still like my shoes to stop wearing down so quickly.
Is there literally anything I can do about this at this point?
