That would be dishonest, selfish, and misleading for the other person in the relationship. You're starting a relationship on false pretenses.
If you just want to experiment then be upfront with someone on terms more inline with a Friend-with-benefits arrangement. Otherwise you would be something similar to a tire-kicker who has no honest interest in developing the relationship for any reason beyond just curiosity and novelty.
