my boyfriend cares more than i do and this will never change. it is immoral to keep seeing him? i still love him i just dont feel it as deeply as he does. its not that i dont like him i like him a lot (for me) i just dont care about people that much (autism)

You're a fucking retard. Why the fuck would you break up with him if the relationship is good just because he cares more? Holy shit, fuck you.

he senses it sometimes and it hurts him. theres a power imbalance because i can push him around while knowing he'll never leave me. and doesnt someone who loves so deeply deserve the same in return? i feel guilt about that especially

No, there is a certain analytical dynamic between couples. One is the container of the other and one is the contained. You contain your bf. What that means is up to you two on your own individual selves to discover

Some people aren't built for relationships. If you honestly know you can't be a good partner what are you doing in one? Treating somone poorly because you know you can is cruel.

You phrase your posts with much self-concern. About YOUR feelings and how you not caring as much makes YOU feel guilt. Then put in some effort. Good relationships shouldn't incite negative emotions, whether external or internal.

But it sounds like you're more concerned about your own needs, and if that ends up being the "project" for the duration of the relationship you will end up draining him, but it he's weak willed enough to put up with that, well, you reap what you sow. If you actually know better than you know what to do. While every relationship is not "power balanced" 50/50, it IS immoral to sit and drain resources, time, and emotions from a human that you WILLINGLY never intend to reciprocate, whatever the reason.

So what are you even doing? Just using a body? I will never understand why people who don't appreciate or reapect relationships get into them. You feel bad for a reason. Deal with it or be single.

i'm gonna let you in on a secret. this is something the west has forgotten about, and its sad because of how important it is, but:
all relationships, yes including dating, are forged, not found.
so if you are concerned about feeling disparities, then engage more in bonding with him, and it is that simple.

Love isn't a feeling, it's a choice. Feelings are fickle. You can feel anger or resentment for someone but still love them. Or nothing at all and still love them. Or affection and admiration and love them. How many times do you remember being angry at your own parents as a kid, but still knowing deep down you loved them? Same is true for relationships.
