I have been learning piano for 2 years now on a cheap digital and I am finally able to afford a real acoustic piano. However, the best I can afford is like a Kawai K-200, which is 6K here.
Will this be enough to impress a girl if one comes over to my place and I play something? Or do I need to get an expensive one like a Schimmel or Bechstein?

Playing an instrument doesn't make a difference with girls. If she's attracted to you she'll like it either way, if she isn't she won't care either way.

I think she will care a lot more about what it sounds like than what it looks like.

Of course I want to impress a girl who is already attracted to me but expensive pianos have a better tone and I am scared that I could turn off a girl if she sees that I only have an entry level acoustic piano.

not really, no, unless thats the kind of girl you want to attract but it does not sound like you can afford that anyways
also, wdym you can finally afford a piano? you can literally go on craigs list and get a free piano at all times because people underestimate how fucking heavy that shit is and how much it costs to have it moved so they get desperate and make adds to give it away for free since that way they can avoid the moving costs

it absolutely does. I'm too autistic to get girls any time but after they see me playing guitar in front of people. you can't make any one specific girl like you better but girls in general? you have a better chance

It is not the piano or even the music, but the fact of your playing it for her that will impress her.

No, just a normal cute girl who appreciates that I play piano (or at least isn't completely annoyed by it and lets me continue my hobby).

I guess the question is that paino the best in its price range. Like spend what you can afford. And I guess there isn't a bigger ick than buying something to impress a woman.

By itself, no.

It's like being the world champion mongolian throat singer. Not enough. You need to incorporate your instrument into a bigger, hopefully creative act.
