Im Scandinavian but 5 foot 8. The average height of a guy here is 5 foot 11 so I am significantly short.

I obsess over my height quite a bit
But LL is not worth it
Try to maximize your height you can probably stand quite a bit taller
Inversion therapy, deadhangs, stretching and chiropractor have all helped me to maximize my height
I heard Pilates can help in a big way, people gaining quite a bit of height from it
Again LL is your choice but you will probably be crippled for the rest of your life

Most of the the things you mentioned might help with posture but the only actual methods I’ve read about is hgh before your growth plates close or LL. anything else won’t change bone structure just posture at best.
