I won't read fat subhuman threads. Anyone who can't grasp the simple physical fact that you're as fat as you eat is beyond help.

You donโ€™t have Jesus in your life and your sins have opened up the legal framework in the spiritual realm for demons to oppress you.

When you open the door, the demons come. They are not merciful. You likely have a depression spirit attached to you like a parasite.

dude all that and you didn't even try going to a psych? Just go, you're wasting your time if you don't.

Honesty after your 30s, I have no more boohoo's for people who don't use all the tools at their disposal to get better. You've done a great job getting your body better, which is an excellent foundation. But in your short post it seems you haven't explored the mind. You need some help with that.

Don't make fucking excuses or you'll be posting the same thread in 5 years

It's not a weak thing to seek help. In fact, in reality its just frustrating and boring for someone to be dealing with the same shit for 10 years. Like someone constantly complaining about a rock in their shoe. You do have a choice at some point. I'm not disagreeing that depression is a special kind of hell, it is, but there's ways out beyond just lifting.

No offense but I think you should see a therapist if possible, they should help you with how you're feeling

I'm definitely still pushing, I'm also planning to hit the gym this upcoming September.

I'm not sure if I'd call myself an atheist but I definitely lost faith overtime. I never truly believed in the fantasy stuff from the Bible but hope heaven exists so that our existence isn't so meaningless and unfair.

Nothing remarkable. Lost my mother a few years ago, who I loved very much. I'm single, not interested in a relationship. I'm very attached to my younger sister although she can be pretty spoiled. Very angry at life choices I made for high school choice, sending my CVs but never getting answers. Kind of angry that my nearly illiterate brother managed to find a job due to recommendation with a member of my family who's tied into politics, he didn't even get a diploma and can barely speak my native language, even if he has better looks than I do.
