Ride momentum. And dont look at it in terms of a month. Thats too daunting.
Reality is, its only actually all that hard for the first 48 hours before difficulty drops off greatly.
And its easier to take it one day at a time. Its always easier to not drink for "one more day" than it is to not drink for "one more week".

I can tell by your question you seem to be able to handle a little bit. That means you're not so addicted you cant do a whole month.

When you see an alcoholic beverage, don't put your hand on it and lift it to your mouth.

If you follow this simple trick, you won't drink any alcohol.

try coming up with more incremental goals that can actually be done instead of thinking you are only a success if you can complete huge all or nothing victories

Where do you usually get alcohol? Just avoid those places and don't stress if there's alcohol to offer, just have one so you aren't tempted and don't relapse
