LOL all your responses are from walmart and the big companies outsource everything to India to avoid hiring locals.
1am in Chicago is lunch time in India, so some outsourced HR in India either checked "no" on your app before or after lunch.
My gut level guess is it only goes to corporate HR for review; after deciding to hire you, they ran your background check or otherwise checked your records and found something interesting.
