My husband woke up and started doing pushups. He’s still going I think he’s done like 400 so far. He’s crying and yelling and angry and he said he won’t stop. His entire body is dripping, he’s shaking like crazy. What’s going on? Why did he wake up like this? What kind of mental episode is this?

I don’t know, most people describe him as schizoid. But when I read up on it I find that it’s just a substitute for psychopath, because they don’t care about other people. But when he talks to me he is so convincing it’s scary. He’s also extremely negative. For example he said, most humans only care about themselves and only behave in a way that makes sure they are accepted socially. He said very few people are good and he tells me he considers himself to be good but doesn’t act like it anymore because of how evil a majority of people are. This is concerning considering he’s an airline pilot.
