Is there any place that you can pay somebody to make a bunch of Paypal donations to somebody and then charge them back?

I'm writing a fictional story where the main character attempts to buy this and I need to interview somebody who provides a service like this IRL so that I can write the story with a better understanding of the seller character. Asking for educational purposes only. Please advice me where I can find something like this in real life.

Sounds bespoke and expensive, so much so that it would be an opportunity and not a service. Spitball it at your writers group, someone is bound to actually be creative and have life experience to understand what I said. It is clear you lack creative writing talent and may want to attempt a story that you know something about. As they say, write what you know.
