You don't think you're worth it so you don't act even if interest is displayed and obvious. But think of it this way: why should they like you more than you like yourself? That's impossible. A person is always their own best cheerleader. Or should be anyways. You are not at a point where you have the capacity to be in a relationship with anyone else.

Relationships about being happy in ones own skin and *sharing* that happiness with someone else. Not about being unhappy until you're with that person. It's your own responsibility to be happy. Not theirs. Just like men shouldn't try to fix broken women, women shouldn't try to fix broken men. And most outright refuse, even to men that did the exact same for them.
