It's possible, I've done it. It's pretty dumb though for various reasons. Most importantly, if she is the only person you talk to, you will probably get too attached and suffocate her, and if you two break up it's going to affect you badly.

It's totally possible, I've dated when I had essentially 0 friends.

Meeting a girl online or in school or at hobby store is the easy part, so is going on a few dates and making out and having sex.

The tricky part is when she she finally asks you to hang out with your friends.

If a girl likes you well enough she won't mind that you're a loner or maybe she'll be a huge introvert herself where her little circle of friends is all she needs, but a lot of girls will say goodbye when they find out this guy they've been dating doesn't have a social life. Girls are just more social than guys by nature, like I said even the most anti-social introvert nerd girl out there is gonna have a few friends.

Of course when you do have a social life, even if you all your immediate friends are guys you'll find that this one has a sister or a cousin, and this one is friend with another guy who hangs out with a few girls, or you and another one of your friend get lucky with two girls at a bar when it was supposed to just be you two hanging out, etc.
