On the spectrum with ADHD here. I quit smoking a 10 days ago but I'm thinking of going back because of how sluggish and foggy I feel.
It doesn't feel like it's getting and better. What do?

drink plenty more water till your piss is clear every day, get more sleep and do some cardio every day

i stopped like 2 months ago. feel more tired and unfocused, but at least i can smell things again, take deep breaths again and dont stink like walking death.
also women are noticing me more.
you better stop and do sports instead

Just pull through. The fog will clear in two weeks. You can get through two more weeks and will never need that shit again.
