It's not your libido that needs to be cut off. You're not masturbating because you're horny, you masturbate because you're bored. You should instead focus on cutting away all sources that trigger you. No electronics inside your room. If you need to use internet, use it in a place where people can see you. Delete ALL social media. Blacklist all porn sites you can think of with a password that you can never remember.
