I'm 27 and white and when I was 25 my parents started dropping hints that they want me to get a girlfriend. My dad said women would want me because I'm attractive and when I went to the store my mom was there as well and she saw a woman on the till and she said to me that "that woman looks nice, you should ask her out" and this kept up for a while but it stopped and my mom saw my typing on my phone and she said "Nobody types for that long, you have to be talking to a girl" and my dad thinks I'm into asians and he said we should go to japan so I can get one of those dumb bitches like the one from death note.

I wish they'd stop asking. There's no benefit to men dating and getting married in 2025.

Tell them you're gay but you don't want to introduce them to your boyfriend because of how pushy and judgemental they are.

I've told him why it won't ever happen but he's in denial and coping and I feel really bad about it. Not just for him, but for myself. It's painful enough for myself, never mind being a disappointment to my father also. I wish I had the answers, OP. I really wish I could help

There’s nothing you can do, they’re really upset about it which is why it’s coming out like that.

Started with my parents in my teen years. They were really concerned that I couldn’t get girls. Then when I became an ultra tryhard and DID get and fuck girls, my parents because nervous because I couldn’t hold the relationships down. Now they just call me faggot in public and I reply by brandishing, which always scares the crowd away.
