So yesterday I encountered someone with tattoos all over their body and face, and they were wearing an ankle monitor. Obviously they just came from prison. They looked very thuggish and had a "fuck off" mean look on their face.

My question is, should I be afraid of such people? Should I be concerned that if I sneeze the wrong way in front of them that they're gonna stab me?

I never said being homeless makes you nice, I said homeless black dudes are some of the nicest people you'll meet. That doesn't encompass every single one, it's a generalization and there are bound to be some examples to the contrary.
