what is the BEST way to visualize time? and how do you slow down your perception of it? i know attempting to break routine and doing difficult things works, but other than those, how can i best visualize/think of time? any books/words of wisdom/advice? because, it just keeps moving, and i cant seem to fully cope with that. i dont think im anxious but i want to work with it, and not have the fact that time passes and that i will soon die swallow me whole and strike me with anxiety

I need to know how to slow down time as well, I'm in the same boat as well.
Sometimes when I'm doing something I don't like, I'm like, "I wish time could move faster so I can get it over and done with," but then I realise I shouldn't think that. Life is too short anyways, it's good time is living slowly.

Avoid multiplayer video games (unless you’re just chilling with friends for a couple hours every week then that’s fine). Sometimes I’ll wonder where all the time went in a day and then I remember that I was playing halo 3 big team battle for 5 hours straight
