Nah but you shouldn't do that now that you've reflected on it, but building the new habit takes time.

I'd say go work 6 mouths in a service job. But you are already a room mate and should have developed empathy.

I think you are just a self centered dick.
The fix is actually practice empathy and sympathy. Actively think about the other person's thoughts and feelings.

How are you rude in your own opinion? Usually rude people have justifications for their behaviors

I've had roommates for years now. It's only of recent that they've been forced to interact with me, and they've taken a dislike to me.

By putting them down in conversation, just instinctively.

My delivery makes ppl sense this and I get colourful language in return. Every interaction is like this. It feels like ppl can pick up my vibe in one sentence and then respond.

It depends on the circumstances. People don't automatically deserve to be treated like shit, but some customer service staff really bring it on themselves.

Difficult to say. You may have it backwards: It might not be that you're a bad person because you have the habit, but have the habit because you're a bad person. You could change, though. Is it really that hard to fight the urge to be a dick? I realise that's a somewhat silly question to ask on a place like 4chan. But honestly, why can't you just stop? You weren't born being a shit to strangers. If you learned the behaviour, why can't you unlearn it?

Idk it's just a habit desu. People will really dislike my inflection of speech or delivery, and I just end up coming across as this way.

Oh, then there's still plenty of time to outgrow it. Most young people are shitheads, that's just life. At least you've recognised it before 25, that's something.
Do you have a sense of empathy?

I don't. I have issues with intrusive thoughts, like torturing animals whenever I see someone walking their pet.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. It's a bummer your roommates don't like you but it doesn't sound like you mean to put them down
I sometimes make people feel bad when my heart isn't in the interaction or I'm focused on my shit/ in a rush.
It's worth it to be yourself.

Maybe yea. I have had violent intrusive thoughts for over a year now. Like whenever I am driving and see a pedestrian, I have a mental image of what would happen if I ran them over.

But this thought happens every single time.

or like what would happen if I crashed my car into a lightpost. idk, very dark and violent thoughts are entirely normal for me.

Everyone has intrusive thoughts, but they're just silly thoughts, you know you won't act on them anyways. They're normal. It's like seeing a knife, and thinking "what would happen if I stabbed myself," but you're not suicidal, you're not going to do that anyways.

I feel like it's a problem if these thoughts are affecting your daily life, and you are unable to cope with them. Although, the fact that you say you have no empathy is concerning though, get that checked out.

Would you still act on those intrusive thoughts if you knew there would be no negative consequences for you?

This sounds like OCD. violent/sexual intrusive thoughts and obsessing about them are very common for people with OCD they just dont talk about it a lot.

Before you seek professional help, do you know anyone in your personal life that you can confide in? A parent? A sibling? A close friend? Talk to them, first. Therapy can be great for some people, but you may reap similar benefits by just talking to someone close to you that you trust. These violent, intrusive thoughts that you're experiencing may be a manifestation of your own suffering. Many people (subconsciously) tend to attack the external world through their thoughts and words before they consider that the problem may have an internal origin. For example, what is it about customer service staff workers that you find irritating? Do you think they lack respect for you? Do you think that they're incompetent? Were you mistreated harshly by one of these people? Try to answer these questions - then dig deeper. I'll tell you this much - the fact that you want help diagnosing this problem and are open to receiving help is a great sign. There's plenty of people in similar positions that don't have the wherewithal to even ask "is this behavior normal?"

The best piece of advice I can offer is this: get off 4chan. If you're struggling to empathize with people, hanging around a place where everyone is bitter, dismissive, and degrading is only going to reinforce your misanthropy. If you consume violent media on a regular basis, wane yourself off it. If you can, make spending quality time outside a habit - at a park, trail, or somewhere peaceful. Personally, nature has always helped center me during hard times in my life. I wish you the best.

Treating staff poorly only harms your chances of good service.
