I have one of those, but I have to go to the office. Is not as easy as it seems, but it is pretty easy.

Pivot Tables, Power BI, data analysis. Your best bet is the sales department.

I won't read delusional threads by OPs who have no idea what they're talking about.

>have some experience with customer service, at least 1-2 years
>apply to customer service position at a bank (most are hybrid anyway)
>deal with it for at least a year, it'll suck but it's job security, benefits, PTO and you'll be working from home most of the time
>network a little, apply to interest groups
>after a year, apply to another position in the bank, preferably off the phone (about 80% of positions at banks is just you doing 5-10 things on a computer per day)

Also by "customer service" position, I do mean a call center position. If you can, avoid ever being an irl banker at a branch.

As someone who has been working at Starbucks for the last 9 years, how much worse is a call center position?

You can lie about the degree as long as you know excel.

Also this. Change your name to female and use she/her. Not because you're actually going to transition but because it's fact that females get more calls back and they can't discriminate against trans people once you're to an interview.

Nobody gives a shit what degree you have, just make sure it's a 2:1 or higher (or whatever your country's equivalent is).

Working at a call center is better in pretty much every way.

>full time
>schedule that doesn't change (unless you want a better shift)
>don't need to directly face customers
>most likely get to work from home
>respectable pay
>can brush elbows with people higher up than you

Only real downside is that you'll probably be working more and no free Starbucks drinks.
