Gynecomastia isn't an illness you can simply catch
if your body didn't develop it when you entered puberty it's not gonna happen
the only reason you would want that is that you're a tranny, in which case your only options are HRT or implants like all trannies
but being a tranny is a miserable life that most of the time ends in suicide, whatever weird fetish you have is not worth that
or you can get so morbidly obese your body will have to store fat on your tits at some point
