How do I cope with my boss being mad at me because I don't finish all the work because I only get paid for 8 hours but it takes 11+ hours to finish everything. The work is so hot and monotonous after 6 months

He keeps trying to guilt trip me. I said raise my daily rate so I'm getting paid for 10 hours at least and he always changes the subject and promises that it will get easier but it never does

I kind of wish I had a boss who worked me like that. I do, but I need to be as hard of a worker as you bro. Hard work is a good thing.
