I love sleeping hugging my gf, but whenever we sleep like pic related my arm goes immediately numb, I get extremely uncomfortable and feel like it may fall from no blood circulation
Is something wrong with me? Can I do anything about it? She's not fat, if anything she weights almost nothing, like 90lbs

Get one of those arm pillows, find a way to not crush your bicep when you sleep. Maybe cradle her in pillows, if your gf is anything like mine she'd LOVE that.
