How to get by each day when nothing seems to get like you planned?
and each day it's worse and worse as if I'm no longer in control.
Most of mishaps is caused by other people incompetency and idiocy, and I can't deal with that each day.
>neighbor scratched my car with a sorry note
>barista fucked up my order
>job forgot to email important document until the last minute
>delivery man damaged my package
>health clinic misplaced my blood work and need to redo
Each day the same shit, the same mistakes.
And it's burning me out.
I know this sound like first world problem but how do people deal with these and repress it?

Reorganize your life to eliminate the things that annoy you, one by one. Just do that by default and you'll wake up one day a few years from now and realize that life is actually pretty wonderful, amazing even.

Oh, I'll add this graphic as a visual accompaniment to what I wrote. The goal is to get to the point where you spend all your time in the upper right quadrant.

I try to do this.
But I'm surrounded by all kinds of causes that the opposite of this
>start fixing something
>need a certain tool
>look all over the place and can't find it
>wife changed it's location to keep things a fresh
Why would a hammer in tool box in a shed need to be put in a kitchen drawer next to spoons and knives to keep things fresh?
That's the level of frustration I'm dealing with.
The only period of peace I had was when covid hit and everyone was in lock-down and did everything was manged by me.

I have the same chart printed as well.
And this as well, and it seems all my problems come from the dump people

I know how you feel man.
Really, in those days I just stay inside and do nothing.
Call in sick or something.
People call it low luck or something, but it's just your psychological stamina or resolve or whatever you want to call it is depleted.
It can be caused from tons of minor inconveniences, but little by little it make a dent in you.
Combine that with constant notifications from smart devices all around you and you'll be burned out very fast.
>had mental break down after HDD died and lost all pics few days after my gf dumbed me the same day my dog died, and had to relocate because the apartment building had termites, and had to sleep in the car, and boss gave me a hard time for washing in the work's bathroom.
What I found really help me at this time, is just being nice to other people, not out of pity but out of kindheartedness.
And remember anon tomorrow is a new day
>tl;dr
It will pass

You’re asking for advice on how to cope with these problems, but perhaps you should look to solving them instead.

>neighbor scratched my car with a sorry note
Either live in a better neighborhood or own a car that’s already beat up so you don’t care. The worst thing you can do is to own a nice car in a bad neighborhood, especially if you care about keeping your car clean.

>barista fucked up my order
Go to a different coffee shop next time. Either that or keep your orders simple or just make your own coffee so that it always be correct.

>job forgot to email important document until the last minute
Go to that person’s supervisor and make sure they are held accountable. If your employer doesn’t care about incompetence, then get another job.

>delivery man damaged my package
Buy directly from the store or at least use in-store pickup.

>health clinic misplaced my blood work and need to redo
Go to a different clinic or be more healthy so that having your blood work be late isn’t as consequential.

Solve your problems instead of just coping with them or else you’ll just be mad again when the problems reoccur.
