But if you have proof of that, it will show in your favor. Washington seems to favor joint (50/50) custody, so if you don't get full custody you'll at least have that. Child support isn't that big of a deal, esp since you seem to be okay with money. I'd be more worried about alimony. Threatening to live in her car sounds unhinged though. You probably have proof that she's crazy.
