Something in my house is making me sick and I'm losing my mind. Every time I get back to my flat, I feel groggy, sleepy, have severe brain fog and can't think straight. My circadian clock goes haywire as well. Already ruled out CO poisoning and mold (there are no visible mold spots anywhere). Any ideas what the fuck is happening? I was away from my home for 2 weeks and felt no symptoms, returned and symptoms hit after just one night. At this point I'm starting to think my neighbors poison me somehow, lmao.

Just because you don't see it doesn't mean its not there. Hire a professional to check in hard to reach places especially your bathroom which is a breeding ground if you don't ventilate the area properly

I hate to give a reddit answer, but do you have a CO2 detector installed? Could be carbon monoxide poisoning.

Will do.

Yeah, already ruled it out. I have multiple detectors.
