Been job hopping since I've started working. Can't stay at a job for longer than a few months because literally every job I go to has extremely toxic & unhealthy workplace cultures full of corruption from management as well as osha and health violations. Not to mention most jobs dont even benefit anything positive in the world, it pisses me off so much that I have to work for genuinely malicious causes.

Is there any way to magically peer into jobs to find jobs with actual positive and healthy workplace cultures and with ACTUAL COMPETENT management that isnt corrupt, snobby, stuck up and power trippy? Or am I just fucking stuck like this.

Literally one job I worked at was intentionally paying people below minimum wage without telling them just so they could pay others more because they liked them more I am just so fucking done, if I run into one more job like this im gonna be in prison for 30 years
