>How to stop fucking falling in situationship,
By approaching dating as a meeting whose sole purpose is to evaluate the other person as a potential marriage partner. That in turn requires the mindset that the purpose of human sexuality (note: not subhuman sexuality) is procreation rather than entertainment. Animals, including two-legged ones, get away with practicing sexuality for entertainment because it leads to procreation anyway for them and they run around in the wild and are kept in check by natural forces. As a human being you don't really have that innocent state of being. Sorry, great power requires great responsibility.

Quit fucking them right off the bat, simple as. If you don't prioritize sex, and instead actually give a shit about the person underneath, you'll see who is and isn't worth your time dating. Either shut your legs or stop jonesing for pussy, idk who you are.

There is no right person, only personalities that reshape each other. It's a matter of finding someone that isn't absolutely hard and disagreeable.

Never ever referring to it as some faggot shit like 'situationship' again is a good start. You're dating, you newspeak slinging retard, stop putting some pathetic label on it just because you're terrified of commitment.

Focus in their actions / effort, not how you feel about them

I was in a 'situationship' recently, she was gorgeous, fun, flirty, and the sex was amazing. She showered me with compliments and told our mutual friend how great I was. However she never really bothered to initiate plans, didn't wanna keep in touch between dates and was (despite how fun it was) pretty selfish in bed.

Someone who doesn't prioritise your needs at any point isn't in it for the long haul. It was so obvious in hindsight but I ignored it, and I thought I was being "masculine" by waiting 12hrs to text her back and "take the lead" arranging dates, when really she started the whole slow replies thing and made 0 effort the whole time. Instead of recognising that, I explained it away thinking she was 'taking it slow'.

Also >>33364525 is correct.
