>>33365386LOL, yes it is. I get embarrassed doing it as well, especially since I go to the gym with a girl friend of mine (platonic friendship, but still...). The thing is that it actually doesn't bad when a guy is doing it. And besides, girls recognize the grind. Women also like an ass on their men!!!
You also don't HAVE to do hip thrusts. I recommend that you look up glute and/or quad exercises you can do before going to the gym. For example, Bulgarian split squats are another option. I just hate doing them because my ADHD ass can't handle doing twice the amount of reps... BUT hip thrusts are also just a really good exercise.
