I don't want to be that guy but I am starting to think the girls in my industry are sucking dick to get jobs.
I can't shake the feeling that the reason all the young pretty girls get jobs first isn't just because they are dedicated workers.
Is there any way I can sus this out?
Just seems like there is a factory line for a very particular sort of person. If it's true I think I'll leave the industry.

This. Things have gotten so bad dating and sex wise a lot of guys are just extremely desperate. They will bend over backwards just because the girl is pretty and they think doing so will get them laid. Very masculine way of thinking, as in, if they act like what they want women to be like(serving them, giving them favors, whatever) they will get the attention they would give a woman if she did that for him. In reality women wont care. Never will care.

Also the halo effect is insanely overpowered and a lot of women just naturally look good enough to get it. The standards for them is literally "dont be fat". If they pass that, they are above average

That means women can advance up to and just above those guys, but at the next level the 2% top men rule, men who sleep with 5 different women every week. At that stage they struggle to get further up.

One girl in my class had zero inhibitions and started sleeping around at 12. She had a meteoric career, with no education she landed one top job after the other and reached impressive levels with zero skills to show for - and I assume her bed time skills were not on show. She died early, not long after she turned 30, fully dissipated. Her family wiped all her profiles, FB, Linkedin and all. today it is as if she never existed.
