First off I'm ashamed to admit that I'm a terrible person, having this serious feelings of envy.

There's this guy on a local subreddit (har de har har) and he becomes famous for posting memes but also prides himself as a Reddit influencer. As a result he's beloved there. But I tend to notice that he has a sense of ego and arrogance, which only intensifies more when people blowjob him for losing weight and view him as a local meme celebrity. It kinda pisses me off, not so much the weight but the arrogance. He tries to present himself as humble but at the brags about not only donating to a homeless man in need but wondered if he should film the guy to get more attention. Reasoning is to crwate awareness on the guy but I read it as him also want people to praise him (people still praise him for helping the homeless guy). I know, it's petty. And I'm feeling ugly right now. But no wonder what the dude does people will lick him and his ego.

It probably requires some huge expose but I doubt he has any skeleton in the closet and I don't want to be that petty to want a guy fall down. But I do really loathe how egotistical he's become. How can I deal with this envy?

He sounds horrible. My reaction if I were in your shoes would be to experience disgust at him and then dismiss him from mind and, if necessary, leave that place.

Sad part is I like participating there. But he's the most famous guy there and people love him while I see an egotistical man reigning.

Find another person's flaws is very very wrong. Avoid doing that at all costs.
