Obediance isnt the issue. That man had a helper telling him exactly what to do. I believe in things that dont make sense & accepting of it, but the issue is instructions not being clear.

Already am. Problem still stands, His instructions arent clear. I struggle a lot with hearing Him because idk if its really Him or not. I watch videos on how to discern His voice, but it doesnt help me. I just cant get it right

Try fasting. Supposedly, God communicates to you best in your dreams when your stomach is empty. Ask Him to reveal something to you. Something specific. Just so you will know that it's really Him trying to communicate to you.
