I have been suffering from pretty bad coomer porn addiction. I have tried nofap many times and failed. I think my issue is that I can't comprehend really ever quitting(unless I had a girlfriend). So I can stop for a long while. 3-4 months even but I ALWAYS come back to the porno unfortunately. So one way I am trying to combat this is by sort of gamifying the porn addiction. I will tell myself "No porno UNLESS I complete 5 major tasks for the week and 7 minor tasks for the week." So a major task may be like... clean out the garage of all the bullshit I have been hoarding which I did clean recently. A minor task might be, clean up my computer / gaming area of all the junk. Then if I complete the goal of finishing those tasks, I will allow myself to jack off using porn. I think its been working but I am not sure if this is a good idea or not. I definitely feel motivated to get these tasks done but I don't know if its the right motivation? What do you think? The way I see it, its a way I can use my greatest weakness as a weapon and get me to actually do the things that should be done.

Why don't you talk to real women at a bar? Then ask for their number, then set up something fun to do with them. Don't waste time with hoes playing games unless they are in your pocket. Unless you control the bitch, don't play no games.
Here's a big tip; go to a concert, dance and sing your ass off, and make good conversations with strangers. If you don't have fun outside the house don't expect women to want to have fun with you

I have really weird bar trauma I think. I went to maybe 3-4 bars around town once and it was basically only 45-50 year olds hanging around and smoking cigs watching football. Not a single woman in sight. That made me think bars are a dead venue for meeting women in my own age range(30's)
