As someone who only recently learned how to feel, how do you deal with causing emotional confusion, causing an existential crisis, in someone and they aren't interested in your apology?

You fix your ways and make sure you don't do that to another person. That's the proper way to say you're sorry.

Thank you. I'm obsessing over how she behaved. She became teary eyed and caused confusion in her friend too. She used her for emotional support, despite being her elder. I kind of caused existential confusion in her and it fucked me up. I have this tendency, because I'm volatile.

I keep seeing her face before me constantly.

Is this normal? Do I do something or should I just sit with the bad feeling?

When I make a mistake, the mistake keeps repeating in my mind over and over again. For me it is natural, and a good way of remembering me not to commit mistakes. It will fade eventually, it might help if you think of a solution to the problem.

I won't read threads posted by chronologically adult, formulaic, subhuman morons who want a guidebook of instructions for literally everything.
