Been taking nasal sprays either since 2019 or 2021 and want to stop but it's hard. Longest I ever lasted was 16 hours and had so my pressure in my nose that I couldn't fall asleep or put my mind on something else because the pressure in my nose was too much. I tried to do the weaning method but now i have to stop because the medication just makes me really nauseous now.

How'd you get through it? I can't even make it past the first day. Would this method work that I saw some woman do?
