I’m about to be a 31 year old NEET and have no idea what I’m doing with my life. How do I change my life around? I am:

>Good looking and not socially awkward but have bad anxiety
>Out of shape compared to what I used to be
>Have a useless degree and no money but unlimited housing with parents
>Avoidant personality horrible with women
>Have some health problems, reflux and LPR hold back a lot of stuff

1. Get a job. Any job. A McJob if necessary. Not primarily for the money, but to put you into the world of having something to do every day.

2. Choose a career. If you have a degree in ANYTHING you can get a job in banking, insurance, sales, marketing, retail - and, actually, just about any non-tech field.

3. Move out. Start living like a real grown-up and you'll start thinking and acting like a real grown-up

I live in the most expensive city in the US I can’t afford a $3k single bedroom apartment working a McJob or a “normal” job for that matter

Take some action every day, without fail, that is taking you in the right direction. Doesn't matter big or tiny action.

And recommendations for actions?

>>33371510
I get super attached followed by apathy followed by regretting it when things stop. I’ve dated Instagram models in the past, it’s not my looks

You’re me but a year older and I don’t even have a useless degree. I’ve been trying to make friends at school to deal with the anxiety but I feel like everyone who gets to know me too well decides not to spend any more time with me. I can talk to people really easily but haven’t made any lasting friends. The anxiety is getting a lot worse; I suspect it’s social media usage, diet, and lack of exercise. I don’t sleep at regular hours either so I have been falling behind in school.

I find the anxiety to be the worst thing about working. I worked for my dad for a while and even though he was fairly accommodating with my insomnia it was horrible because I was constantly thinking of when I’d have to work next.

I don’t have any advice, but you’re not alone.

Big group of friends enjoying my early adulthood and have a fully paid off 2020 Jetta thanks to my part time job I started at 15 so my life is well ahead of me future looks great. Have a social circle from HS and then another from my part time job. Future bright and you're a loser and I'll be thousands of miles ahead of you when I'm 31.

Absolute shit tier advice from every single person in this thread. Listen OP I'm the only one here that's actually been in your position and all I can say is this. You're a loser now but you don't have to be a loser forever. Good luck.

Jeremiah 29:11
>For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

Ask God what your purpose is. Or ask Him to give you purpose. I'm sure it will be something that you enjoy. Be specific. Because you gotta be careful what you ask for.

You already know how to solve these problems.
>NEET
Apply for some nonskilled jobs for SOME sort of income.
>Good looking and not socially awkward but have bad anxiety
So then fix your anxiety. Medication or therapy.
>Out of shape compared to what I used to be
Diet and workout plan.
>Have a useless degree and no money
Apply for some nonskilled jobs for SOME sort of income.
>Avoidant personality horrible with women
Medication or therapy.
You have a lack of will, which no one here can help you solve other than yourself.

>>Good looking and not socially awkward but have bad anxiety
Stop giving a fuck what people think and b urself
>>Out of shape compared to what I used to be
No one cares
>>Have a useless degree and no money but unlimited housing with parents
Perfect. Get a McJob. You could live like a king off minimum wage.
>>Avoidant personality horrible with women
Literally just stop being a bitch
>>Have some health problems, reflux and LPR hold back a lot of stuff
That sucks, but they all sound stress induced. Treat yourself right, eat well, jerk off if you need to, and stay positive.

Literally just get any job and try to smile, say hi, and shoot the shit with everyone you see. It's that easy. The rest will come with time.

Actual good advice but I’m never taking brain fucking meds sorry. I would love to know if there are easy high paying jobs, something like xray tech or something, I can do fast, while I have unlimited resources
