How do I make myself immune to cringe and embarrassment? I feel like I need to learn this skill as quickly as possible.

1. Do cringe shit
2. Choose to not cringe at yourself
3. Just do step 2 in response to other people's cringe too.

Cringing is an instinctual response to things that may lower your social status because back in the day it would get you ousted from the tribe and killed as a result. That doesn't matter anymore and barring a complete and utter collapse of civilization, or living rurally, won't be happening again any time soon, so go live your life with the expressive freedom a low trust society gets you.

Hate other people so much that cringe moments can be recontextualized as intentional trolling. You're wasting their time and making them uncomfortable on purpose. It's retarded but it works. Like Tom Green.

Try to do a standup comedy open mic night. You will bomb since it's your first time and you'll see that embarrassing yourself really isn't that bad
