My best friends are so usually for two of three reasons: we have shared experiences (school or uni), similar hobbies, and can be totally honest with each other. The only woman who fits two of those (the last two) is my brother's girlfriend, who is also my friend. I can only make friends with women when they're someone else's girlfriend. The reason why anon asked you this is because you should be multiplying your contact points with people. Single women do not act like men. Contrary to us who usually are always ready for anything, women don't let their guard off save for specific times and places. Some women flirt at work. Others only do so during parties with friends. A few dont open up at all except when using dating apps (im not even sure these types exist anymore due to the apps dying). As such, your only way of making sure you access a reasonably big enough pool of available women is to insert yourself in such places.

The best way to do so is the healthy way. Where you become a social animal, befriend a few people, get invited into shit. The more people you meet the better. Dont focus on making meaningful relationships right off the bat.
