Is there any money in becoming a 3D porn animator?

I'm more of a modeler/artist but I've been interested in animation for a while. I figured I could do Patreon/Pixiv for income while getting better but I genuinely don't know how realistic this is...
I know how long proper animations take so it's been an intimidating prospect.

I heard someone on /biz/ say they made like 15k to 20k a year making unique 3d modelled nsfw items in Second Life or maybe it was Eve Online. You could probably make even more with porn if you can set up commissions
