I learned the hard way that co-workers are not your friends.
>be me
>work in factory basically
>make products
>job is chill besides making a few mistakes here and there and getting nagged by bitch lead. product still good.
>one day all products made by me get quality tested and fails
>Bitch Lead blames me for the fails
>Asked to attend HR meeting the next day
>Bitch lead brings a 2 page worth of complaints. a lot of the complaints are about minor stuff and some were completely blown out of proportion. the way she worded it sounded like she hated my guts and hurt me to the core.
>says i'm making everyone's job more frustrating and i wouldn't listen to her in the past (true, i just didn't think it was that serious if the upper management don't care)
>then bitch lead says i was late for over 2 weeks (once again upper managers don't care as long i do a good job) and tries to get me FIRED
>Turns out that there's a software problem which is why all the products failed quality tests.
>i don't get in trouble for any of her complaints but the lateness. still they strongly recommend that i start following her suggestions. now on probation to clock in on time or i could really get fired.
>to make things more complicated: i'm part of a major project. feel shitty dipping out in the middle. >other co-workers are ok. upper managers are decent. just bitch lead, her friends (a few ppl from the other shift in our department) seem to have a problem with me.
So my question is: What do I do?
A. Continue working with vindictive bitch lead who hates me, and might continue to document every little mistake i make to try to get me fired again
B. Work until the project is complete, then find another job, then quit
C. Immediately try to find another job, then quit.
Considering other options as well.
Sorry I can't provide anything too specific, because the company I work for can sue me for leaking confifential info.
