Is there any way to ruin the life of the person who groomed me for five years? I'm an adult now, we live in different countries and I have their ID number, address (probably different now), their uncle's workplace, and several social media profiles.

If you have copies of messages that prove what happened, you could forward them to the police in his country. If you don't have proof, then there's nothing you can do, and you'll probably get sued if you try.
