I took finasteride and it chemically castrated me. Dick sensitivity, libido, and orgasm pleasure are down.bI can’t feel alcohol or caffeine as strongly.

My ability to enjoy life and experience pleasure has been seriously diminished and I can’t live like this for the rest of my life. It’s just not worth it

There are many drugs that make you feel like sex and make you enjoy it more, but most are illegal and most have brutal side effects. Psychedelics like LSD or shrooms massively amp up sexual sensation. MDMA makes a big difference; so does cocaine or meth. All of these, however, will also kill your erection. I'm told cannabis gives you more intense orgasms too.

If you want to stick to legal stuff then take 500mg of Arginine, 500mg of Tyrosine, some vitamin B6, and 15mg of Zinc - take that lot about 90 minutes before sex. Then take Viagra (on an empty stomach) about 30 minutes before. The Arginine and Viagra will help your erection; Zinc will lift your testosterone a little; and Tyrosine plus B6 will gently lift your dopamine level, which improves the sensation.
