Well, it’s clear that the way humans have been conditioned to live in this day and age is unhealthy. I’ve thought about doing something I’ll call ‘boomermaxxing’; I always saw something very enviable in the way older generations live and generally the way they carry themselves.
I already considered daily walks in sunlight, more hands on work (learning to make food, building things, taking care of plants, any other physical hobby you may have), and making my phone as minimalistic as possible (the pc is always there if I need to do something other than basic communication).

I’m wondering if I’m the only one with an aspiration of this sort, and if anyone has any other ideas how it could be achieved.

I thought about not replying because you open by shitting on my man Adolf, but whatever.

I do the same and think it s agood idea, also know a lot of people who are realizing at least one or two of those things. Just be aware that our modern world only allows you to do so much in that regard, its not possible to turn back the wheel. We now live in a different worl with its own upsides and downsides.

Boomers are all phone addicts now. I remember my grandparents always telling me to get off my phone and to not play video games so much. Now they all browse facebook for hours and say 'amen' to AI Jesus pictures.

I won't read "thought experiment" day-dreaming threads, on an advice board.
