I have a good diet and exercise regularly, I'm not overweight, don't smoke, drink or do drugs, but I'm still depressed, suffer from constant pain and inflammation, and can't sleep. I'm 31 and that's been the case since my mid-teens. What can I do to cure it? I've been to the doctor and they couldn't find anything wrong with me physically that could be causing these ailments.

Just a wild (and non-expert) guess, since you don't mention where the inflammation is, but maybe it is a gut health issue. Have you tried fasting?

The reason I mention gut health is that is can cause conditions remote from the gut and in the brain.

stress, I work out a lot, get sun, eat wholefoods but if something is stressing me out then I get inflammation and weird spots, once completing something which was bothering me ive been fine.

That's probably psoriasis. You're right that there is that connection (as I found) but OP says his doctors found nothing wrong, which seems strange if the inflammation was psoriasis (a common condition).

It could be anything. You could be allergic to the mold in your house etc
