>>33384246 (OP) It's because you are eating too much junk and have an underdeveloped frame Get some adjustable dumbells and lift them in the bathroom. Chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs Look it up It's not hard just do it a little bit every day
>>33384272 Also just to piggyback off of this, when you strengthen your abs, you'll find that it will become more comfortable keeping them semi-tensed/flexed at all times instead of letting your gut spill out which will solve the potbelly problem.
>>33384246 (OP) You need to zero out bad carbs. No bread. veggies, and I have a friend that swears by coconut oil.

Currently in the same situation and seeing some success. Get a rough idea of your caloric needs and do a slight deficit. Eat food with lots of protein, will change your metabolism. Getting protein powder will make this easier. And exercise, of course If you try to cut weight with a very aggressive caloric cut, your metabolism will get fucked and you will likely regain the weight once you stop.

>>33384285 How long does that take. Is that one of the first results you see or is that one of the things that doesnt show til youve near reached your goal
>>33386267 If you work out consistently, you'll start to notice it within a few weeks. It's not like getting a six pack which can take a while (and requires a good diet). It's just having stronger ab muscles so they feel more relaxed in the semi-tensed state. >>33386315 You burn fat and build muscle, but fat itself does not transform itself into muscle.
