Walk out of the company. They need you more than you need them

Get a raise. Remember: ”We need more workers/ We have a worker shortage,” is ZOG-speak for “Workers have too much job security/ Workers command too high a wage.” You only get treated better by threatening to withhold labor, not by working harder. ;)

Ask for a raise AND have an offer of another job at a higher wage in order to make your threat of leaving credible.

If 8 people walked out I would look for a new job. Doesn't seem like a good place to work.

Usually 8 people walking out at the same time is a bad sign, but maybe there is a good reason and maybe your current situation is temporary.

Ideally, you would find another job first. Then ask your employer for a raise appropriate for you working 7 days a week if you are on salary or ask for appropriate overtime pay if you are paid hourly. If your employer agrees and you like this job, stay and try to help them out. Otherwise, leave and start your new job.
