Met a girl on Hinge and we're talking for a week now. Said she met up with her brother for dinner and had coffee last Wednesday. She went to visit her parents this weekend which was a 9 hour bus ride. Apparently it was her mom's birthday, the brother didn't come. He also lives in another country and is only staying for a month. It's kinda weird how he didn't go home for his mom's birthday right? I wonder if she went on a date and just told me it's her brother? Or am i getting catfished?

If you haven't even met her yet, you should expect that she is going on first dates with other people, and she will expect the same of you. That's how dating apps work.
