Lets say you created Bitcoin when you were 16 or something like that where the FBI had to protect you and put you on a private VPN but because of the current state of corruption in the government some of the things you would like to do and move on with in your life are being delayed so you need to have privacy and maybe access the deep web, or get your message out to the masses.

How would you go about this from a laptop, pc, or library pc?

Assume that you're being watched 24/7 from all angles and people who work for the FBI have threatened to kill you and have sexually harassed you multiple times. Also there's a woman who loves you very much they're keeping hostage to coerce you into behaviors and they do the same thing with you for her, she only gets what she wants when she threatens to commit suicide but they never let her use this to negotiate your freedom together.

For a movie/book i am writing. Not saying I'm on an external VPN or anything.

I don't know if that would work for the character, he's under 24/7 surveillance. I'd like it to be realistic because at the end of the story he and the girl have won their way out of their captivity and kill everyone across the country who were holding them, they're like this creepy groomer network who started targeting the main characters when they were little kids and since they were exceptionally powerful together, they displaced them and forced them to do their bidding and help them.

He's trying to get on the darkweb to fuck their shit up so catastrophically with a master plan that it ruins everything for one side of the creepy groomer network trying to gain power over the other side. The story is kind of like evil vs evil trying to weaponize good in the days right before Jesus Christ return.

If he's under 24/7 surveillance, to the point where they're actually looking at his screen, then there's obviously nothing he can possibly do. I think you need to focus more on how to avoid surveillance than on the technical aspect.

How would he do that if he's been surveilled since he was a little kid? The questionably benevolent faction microchipped both of them when they were young because the enemy are child cannibals and pederasts.

I was just informed by the people serving my protection order as the original Satoshi Nakamoto that i have to indicate that this is a book I was writing based on things i've seen but not an accurate representation of how I see the people serving to protect me.

Look, you're the one who wrote this situation. You've written yourself into a corner and are expecting other people to get you out of it, but we can't, because you've done too thorough a job of writing yourself into a corner.

If every device he currently possesses has all of its activity monitored, there is no possible technical solution: if he tries to install anything on those devices, or modify them, then his captors will know he is up to something because they'll be alerted to the installation. They will presumably also be alerted if he manages to connect to a different WiFi network, etc.

So the only remaining option is to obtain a new device; and if the level of surveillance he is under is good enough to prevent that, then you are simply fucked: there is no possible way forward.

So, the only possible way forward is to change the problem: for example, make the surveillance he is under less than total. If he has an implanted chip, maybe he can cut it out. If there are cameras, think of some way he could have been quietly scratching a hole through the wall (under the bed clothes, maybe). However you do it, the problem you've given us is unsolvable. Change something to allow a solution.

Yeah and you know what? Maybe it can be the consequences of being found out to be doing the option of how to progress towards freedom that can be the interesting narrative if he really can't avoid surveillance.
